Leadership Studies
Designed for the director level and above, the leadership study focuses on the leader’s strengths and weaknesses and becomes the core for an actionable coaching plan.
Elements may include meetings with colleagues and subordinates, individual coaching, shadowing, a Coaching Development Plan with specific action steps and debriefs along the way. May also include dynamics assessment testing.
One to One Coaching Services
Can be done as part of the above leadership effort or apart. Experience guides that transformation in 1:1 coaching takes time.
